We are the only school in the area to have our own on-site Forest School and two qualified practitioners. Our classrooms are light filled, spacious and extremely well-resourced with high quality furniture and an enticing range of irresistible learning opportunities. After 29 incredible years of dedication, today we say goodbye to a truly wonderful colleague as Kath begins her well-earned retirement.

Throughout her career, she has made an immeasurable difference to the lives of so many children and families, particularly through her passion and expertise in supporting children with special educational needs. Her kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment have supported countless children.

Thank you for everything you’ve given to our nursery over the past 29 years. Your compassion, wisdom, and friendship will be deeply missed, but your legacy will continue to inspire us every day.

The end of term. Where do we start to express our thanks to our children? Watching you grow, learn and shine every day has been a true privilege. Each moment of discovery, awe and wonder has filled our School with joy. Whilst we are sad as children move on to their next chapter, we are also bursting with pride at your achievements - you are all amazing - never stop being curious, enquiring and full of creativity. To the parents - thank you for your support, trust and partnership throughout this marvellous journey. We wish you all the very best.

To our returning children, we look forward to seeing you in September and hearing all about your summer adventures. You will be the role models, the ones who support and guide our new intake with confidence and independence. We know you will be fantastic.

To our new children - we're thrilled to have you join our school community. Get ready for a year filled with exciting learning opportunities, new friendships, and lots of fun. Remember, we're all here to support you as you settle in and explore all that school has to offer.

Happy summer everyone.

And to end the week, our final forest school session for the children who have taken part every week this half term. By revisiting the experience children can build on and develop their skills in collaborative thinking, negotiating and working together to achieve an outcome. The fire and marshmallows is a well-earned treat for their hard work as a team.
