🎃👻 Spooktacular Fun at Paultons Park! 👻🎃

Our families, friends, children, siblings, and staff had an amazing time today at our annual Paultons Park visit! 🌟 This year marked our 4th year of spooky fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories — and it just keeps getting better every year! 🧡🎢

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this fang-tastic day! 🕸️ We can’t wait to see you all again next year for more thrills, smiles, and spooky surprises! 🕷️✨

We’re excited to invite you to our Ghost Hunt around Broadchalke Village – a fun, spooky-filled evening for all the family!

📍 Collect your map from Chalke Valley Playschool (next to Broadchalke Primary School)
📅 Friday 24th, between 5pm – 7pm
💷 Cost: £2 per map

Every map purchased will receive a sweet treat reward, once you’ve followed the clues and completed the hunt, come back to chalkies to claim yours.

This is also a fundraiser for Chalkies, so your participation will help support our setting and activities for the children.

All are welcome, so bring along family and friends for a night of ghostly adventure.

Today the Chalkies children went on a walk around our village!

We looked at the river, visit the shop 🏬 for a snack, visited the church ⛪️ yard, and then had a play in the park on the way home.

We looked at the signs of spring,and saw primroses, and snowdrops, listened to the birds, and spotted a tractor!

Afterschool Play Worker
📍 Location: Chalke Valley Play School Broad Chalke
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM (Term-Time Only)

Are you fun, enthusiastic, and great with children?
We are looking for a caring and energetic Afterschool Play Worker to join our Chalkies Afterschool Club team!

No formal qualifications are needed, but experience working with children is ideal. Your role will involve:
✨ Supervising and engaging children in activities
✨ Creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment
✨ Supporting play, snack time, and group activities

If you love working with children and want to be part of a fantastic team, we’d love to hear from you

This week is friendship week! The children have had lots of fun talking and learning all about the different emotions we experience and feel and the kind things to do if a friend is feeling sad.
