St Marys has 66 standard rooms (including designated disabled units), 9 small premium rooms and 3 premium rooms. All are single occupancy.
Each room has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, desk and chair/s. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and wash-basin. All rooms have internet access.
Each corridor of between 6 and 9 rooms share a self-contained kitchen which includes a sink, fridge/freezer, combi oven, toaster, kettle and generous storage space. Students will need to supply their own kitchen utensils, crockery and bedding. Kitchen and room sizes vary.
Communal Areas: The HE Centre is situated in the historic part of the building. It consists of several multi-use spaces including a bar area, large lounge with widescreen TV, snug, games room, Mezzanine. These are the focal points for a programme of student-led events and activities throughout the year.
