A lovely walk this afternoon with one of the primary students, looking for early signs of autumn......it's on it's way. We found some juicy blackberries so when we got back we looked up some recipes, made a list of ingredients, checked what we had then wrote a shopping list. I can't wait to smell and taste the results tomorrow 😊.

I didn't take as many photos as I would have liked today, but here are a few. We had a busy day in the primary room being film critics and writing a film review, being scientists, by looking at the photos can you guess what we were learning? We were also mathematicians recalling information about 3d shapes, making 3d shapes........and enjoying a hot chocolate with the marshmallows as an extra treat! The students also colour mixed and painted large leaves using autumn colours. We designed and made a marble track and had to be resilient when it didn't quite work out how we wanted it to. We tried really hard to persevere when problem solving and ended up with a few different great tracks.
