We're thankful for water! 💧The children have all decorated a raindrop for this beautiful display over the font in Breamore Church. 💧We can't wait to see them next week when we give thanks and celebrate at our Harvest Festival service. 💧Thank you Gillian Bathe and Avon Valley Churches for this special collaboration! 💧Diocese of Wi******er 💧Hyde Church of England Primary School 💧Hale Primary School💧

🌾🔔 A wonderful morning at Breamore Church! 🔔🌾

Buttercup Class would like to say a big thank you to Rev. Vicky and Mary for making us feel so welcome at Breamore Church this morning. ❤️

The children had a lovely opportunity to explore the church ahead of next week’s Harvest Festival and learn more about this special place in our community.

And, of course, the highlight for many was getting the chance to ring the church bells! 🔔 What an exciting experience!

We’re looking forward to returning next week for our Harvest Festival. 🌽🍂 Avon Valley Churches

Yesterday Rosehip class came to school dressed as themselves in the future. They told the rest of the school what they wanted to be when they grow up and what skills they might need to achieve it. Can you guess their chosen careers from their backs and props?

🌼 Show and Tell in Buttercup Class! 🌼

Yesterday saw the first of our Show and Tell sessions for Buttercup Class. These weekly sessions give the children the opportunity to develop their speaking and listening skills and also their confidence as they stand up in front of their friends to talk about an object of interest from home(and remember, not a toy! )

We were amazed by the varied items the children brought in, including home-grown green beans, eggs laid by their own chickens, swimming badges, fossils and so much more! 🥚🫛🦴

The children spoke with enthusiasm as they shared their items with the class. A huge well done to all of our Buttercup children for such a fantastic first Show and Tell! 💛👏

🌱 A little request from our school gardening club! 🌿

If you kindly fostered one of our school plants over the summer while work was being carried out, we would be very grateful if you could return it to school when you get a chance. 🪴

We’re looking forward to bringing our garden area back to life and creating a lovely, welcoming space for our children to enjoy. 🌸🌼

Thank you so much for helping to care for our plants over the summer! 💚

🌼 We were very excited to welcome our new Buttercup Class to Breamore today! 🌼

The children all had a fantastic first day, full of excitement as they explored their new classroom and began forming new friendships. They were also delighted to meet their Junior Partners, who helped them during lunchtime and playtime.

A wonderful first day for everyone!

Welcome to the Breamore Family, Buttercup Class! 🌟

🍃 Buttercup Class had a fantastic day building dens of all shapes and sizes! Some were large enough for the children to sit inside, while others were carefully designed as miniature homes for the minibeasts they created from clay. Well done, Buttercup Class! 🌟🐞🏡
