This morning, we listened to Senay share the Gospel.
We reflected on how sometimes we need help, and how as followers of Jesus it is our responsibility to help others.
Jesus is our shepherd, guiding us to follow the right path.
Our mission for this week is to think about acts of compassion. Find one simple way to help someone every day.

This morning, Mrs Taylor and Year 6 led our Gospel Assembly.
We listened to John 6: 51-58 ‘Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood will live in me.’
We heard how we all have the Holy Spirit within us and when we take communion we are closest with God.
We remember all the children in our school who will be making their first Holy Communion in a few weeks.
We also thought about how bread is eaten all over the world, but sometimes people don’t have enough to eat.
Our mission for this week is to share with others how important the Bread of Life is and think about one thing that we could do for people in our community who do not have enough food to eat.
