We had a fabulous day with Empowered Conversations, promoting our work and competing in the Age UK boat race at Salford Quays.
We won BOTH of our races but didn’t make the final...... but we are definitely WINNERS!

Lots of outreach going on at the moment. It’s so important we teach children how to look after their brains and hearts and lower their dementia risk in later life!
