📍Cadishead Early Years

The children enjoyed exploring, discovering, and learning through play in our outdoor environment. From running, climbing, and balancing to investigating nature and engaging in imaginative games, every activity helped to support their physical development, confidence, and curiosity🍃

The staff have put a pet ban on me at the minute 🙄 so for now we will have to rely on nature instead! 😄

Our outdoor provision always seems to attract lots of visitors, and this week was no exception. The children have been fascinated by worms, ladybirds, and all the tiny creatures they have discovered whilst exploring.

These encounters spark so many conversations, encourage curiosity, develop communication and language skills, and help children learn to care for living things. They also promote observation skills, patience, turn-taking, problem-solving, and a deeper understanding of the natural world around them.

Thank you to everyone who has enquired about childcare places with us this weekend. We have had a phenomenal amount of enquiries, and we are incredibly grateful and proud for the interest shown in our Early Years settings.

Rest assured, our admin team will be sending enquiry forms out tomorrow morning.

Just a little reminder of what we offer: 0–5 years childcare, all year round, with opening hours from 7:30am–5:30pm. We offer flexible use of funded hours, no top-up fees, and no consumable charges.

During the school holidays, families have the flexibility to book holiday club on the days they need, rather than being required to pay for childcare on set days that they do not need. Keeping cost of childcare down.

Instead, we invest in what matters most – high staff ratios, outstanding care and attention, and a lovely welcome pack for every child joining our Mojo family.

Due to the high level of enquiries we have recently received, availability is now becoming very limited across our settings.

However, 👀 please watch this space, as our Cadishead setting has some exciting news coming very shortly… 👀 We can’t reveal too much just yet, but we’re looking forward to sharing more details very soon! With more childcare places available

Getting into the World Cup spirit, our Irlam children have been busy creating their very own World Cup flags! 🌍⚽

Through creative activities like this, children explore different countries, colours, cultures, and team identities while developing their fine motor skills, creativity, and communication.

We can’t wait to see which team they’ll be supporting! ❤️🤍💙💚💛

C O L O U R • C H A N G E S

This week in Charmaine’s Room, our children have been exploring colours and colour changes outdoors.

Learning outdoors provides endless opportunities for children to explore at their own pace, and our little learners have been fully engaged and engrossed in their colourful discoveries this week.

Charmaine’s Room is for children aged 12 months to 2 years, offering all-year-round childcare in a nurturing, stimulating environment.

We had a fantastic day celebrating alongside Fiddlers Lane Community Primary School PTA yesterday, and the children thoroughly enjoyed being part of the fun and excitement.

To some, it may look unusual. To us, it looks like childhood.

At Mojo, our children are encouraged to become individuals, follow their own interests, explore their own ideas, and develop their own personalities. We believe children learn best when they are given the freedom to be curious, creative, and immersed in what they love.
