A lovely printmakers holiday visiting Amsterdam today. A great welcome from Cleo, Michelangelo and team. Lots of interesting talk of printmaking, our differences and similarities.

Some food for thought. Including print dye garden, stone litho, digital printers and good filtration systems for carborundum grit and ferric, amongst other things

Super work by Emma Jackson today in the studio at Hot Bed Press. They caught my eye and I had to stop and take some pics to post.

Turns out these are just testers for demo pieces on our Painterly Screen print course coming up on 15th & 16th August.

Such a talented artist taking Painterly Screen to another level. Looking forward to seeing how students on this weekend course respond and get creative.

Something exciting is coming to Hot Bed Press this summer... ☀️
We’re delighted to launch our very first Hot Bed Press Summer School- a special programme of immersive 2, 3 and 4-day courses running from 13-21 August.

Whether you’re looking to discover a new process or spend a few days developing your practice, there’s something for everyone. From our ‘new’ Risograph to Painterly Screenprint it’s a chance to spend time making and experimenting.

One more day to go at the Hot Bed Print Fair! Thank you to everyone who stopped by yesterday we had an absolute blast and we can’t wait to do it all over again today! Introducing a few more artists to the table, a group of talented printmakers focused on a variety of techniques. Their stall looked gorgeous yesterday so if you haven’t had the chance to visit yet then you’re in for a treat!
