🌿 We’re Hiring a Experienced Nursery Cleaner 🌿
Nurturing Hands Childcare is looking for an experienced, reliable and highly motivated cleaner to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected within an early years environment.
This is an important role within our nursery. We need someone who understands that cleaning a childcare setting requires more than general domestic cleaning you must have excellent knowledge of hygiene procedures, appropriate cleaning products and equipment, infection prevention and the importance of maintaining a safe environment for young children.
The role is 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option of evening hours (approximately 5:30pm–8:30pm) or morning hours, which can be discussed.
The successful applicant will need:
Previous professional cleaning experience, ideally within a nursery, school, childcare or similar environment
Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, products and equipment
A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards
To be reliable, organised and able to work independently
Satisfactory employment references
A full Enhanced DBS check appropriate for working within a childcare environment
