Today we open our doors for the last day. Smarties has been a huge part of my life for the past 15 years, I have had the absolute fantastic job looking after most of the amazing children who have now grown up and are leading magical lives plus I still have the privilege of watching them grow more. I want to say a massive Thankyou for all the staff that have been a part of Smarties throughout the years you are all amazing. The last of my little ones will be off to start their own journey. I will be sad but I will not show it as at 11.30am I close Smarties doors for good. On to new beginnings for us all. # # #

Well today was a tad emotional. Another one of our Smarteenies is off on her own journey to big school what can I say about Nellie, you brought so much joy to our lives everyday when you would come bouncing through the door shouting 'morning' our own little pocket rocket gonna miss you Nellie Noo x

Well today's the last day for our little whirlwind Charlie Boy. Cannot wait to watch you on your new journey of big school. We will miss your cheeky smile and the way you can wrap us both around your little finger. It's not goodbye Charlie, ITS C U LATER !!!!

Unfortunately Smarties Playgroup will be closing on 23rd September. We want to give a massive shout out to all the parents that have helped us on our journey for the past 16 months. To our wonderful Smarteenies, you are the reason I kept going even when no funding was coming my way, the smiles you all greeted me daily was the reason I got up in the morning. I will be watching you all on your own journey and I will always be here if you ever need me.

Today we said goodbye to one of our Smarteenies who is leaving us to go to big school. You are a beautiful boy Jamie and we are gonna miss your cheeky smile and your confident attitude 🤣🤣😉 you have found your way into our hearts and your friends will miss you so much 💙
