Here’s April in rehearsals singing Vivienne’s solo from Legally Blonde JR 💕🎭

April first joined Stage & Screen when she was just 8 years old, and we’ve had the absolute joy of watching her grow with us into an all-singing, all-acting, all-dancing performer.

Along the way, she’s developed her skills across singing, acting and dance, performed in our shows and gained several Musical Theatre singing grades with us too. 🎶

We’re so proud of how far she’s come — and this is exactly what Stage & Screen is all about. Young performers can join us from an early age, build their confidence and skills year after year, and grow into brilliant, well-rounded performers. 🌟

What a year. 💜✨

From the SIX stage, to our Christmas Showcase, performing at Junior Theatre Festival, and finally bringing Legally Blonde JR to life… these are the moments our students have shared this year. 🎭

Big performances. New friendships. Growing confidence. A LOT of hard work. And memories we hope they’ll keep for years. 🥹

One of our favourite moments from Legally Blonde JR — Brooke and the cast absolutely smashing Whipped Into Shape! 🎭✨

At Stage & Screen, we love giving young performers the chance to sing, act, dance and be part of something BIG. From learning the material in rehearsals to finally performing it under the lights, there’s nothing quite like seeing it all come together on stage. 💜

We loved hearing this from Libby, who played Margot in Legally Blonde Jr.:
