Pull ups are a great exercise for a majority of muscles in your back and shoulders!
I still have a long way to go but slowly and surely I will get there๐โ๐ผ
Even executing one with correct form is bloody HARD ! ๐
I take my hat off to any woman who even attempts pull ups & chin ups.
Here are a few of my top tips for getting your first pull up:
- Assisted pull-ups with a resistance band or Machine if available.
- Isometric holds( Check video 2)
- Negative Pull-ups ( Overhand)
PS. There are also a ton of exercises which can help strengthen the muscles needed to attempt a pull up.
