Pull ups are a great exercise for a majority of muscles in your back and shoulders!

I still have a long way to go but slowly and surely I will get there๐Ÿ‘€โœŒ๐Ÿผ

Even executing one with correct form is bloody HARD ! ๐Ÿ˜…

I take my hat off to any woman who even attempts pull ups & chin ups.

Here are a few of my top tips for getting your first pull up:

- Assisted pull-ups with a resistance band or Machine if available.
- Isometric holds( Check video 2)
- Negative Pull-ups ( Overhand)

PS. There are also a ton of exercises which can help strengthen the muscles needed to attempt a pull up.

Back chasing those heavy numbers ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

My ego took a massive bruising when I realised I wasnโ€™t able to walk into the gym postpartum and squat 100KG ๐Ÿ˜‚

I didnโ€™t realise how much my body would change and how much I need to slowwww things down & enjoy the process โœŒ๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™m happy with my progress so far and excited to see where I can go in the coming months.

Itโ€™s all about the journey not the destination ๐Ÿฅฐ
