Here at solace we are huge advocates of BOTH! different challenges and supporting different needs.
There are going to be different stages in your life where the type of training you need will change. Maybe you’re rehabbing a recent surgery, maybe you’re a new mum, maybe you’re training for a big race you have coming up , or maybe you’re just finding your flow. Lexy has been with us since the beginning and if you Don’t know about her by now, where on earth have you been?

Lex is an extremely experienced instructor with a background in professional dance. She has the most infectious energy and is an absolute dream to be around. Her classes are incredible and she will always have you coming back for more. Lex has so much knowledge and understanding in her field and truly cares so deeply about every single person that comes through the doors. Lex will always encourage you to come as you are, but will always have you working to your best ability. It’s more than just Barre/Pilates to Lex, it’s a life she absolutely adores and her energy always shows that.
We are so blessed to have her as part of the solace studios team, and her classes are absolutely not to be missed.

Wow wow wow how has it already been 6 months?
We thankyou all from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us and helping us create such an incredible community.
We feel so blessed to be able to share this space with you all and we cannot wait for what’s to come!

As we continue to grow your input is always so important to us so please always let us know if theres anything you want to see more of, or less of hehe!

Everyone is welcome and I hope you have found comfort and peace without the space.

It’s always so nice to reflect on what we’ve achieved so far, and none of it would have been possible without all you, the community and our amazing team!
