Quality 4 Early Years We design and deliver bespoke training, support and advice to early years settings.

We provide a unique service meeting identified needs in quality improvement and developing positive outcomes for children and families. Quality 4 Early Years have a diverse wealth of skills and experience in inspection, childcare, education, mentoring & management. We can offer training, support and advice to leaders and practitioners in promoting excellent quality childcare.

Face-to-face training

As we come out of lockdown and Ofsted resume their full programme of graded inspections from September, there is no better time to be planning your staff CPD. Are your team up to date with their safeguarding training?

With the closure of Quality 4 Early Years, I continue to deliver training and consultations as an independent trainer.

* 2.5 hour Basic Safeguarding training is £300 for up to 20 or £240 for up to 12 delegates
* 6 hour Designated Safeguarding Lead training is £500 for up to 20 or £420 for up to 12 delegates

I also offer other courses such as leadership and management and coaching etc.

My availability is evenings, weekends, school holidays. I have put together a COVID-19 Safety Policy for those concerned with the risk of infection.
