It’s Robyn here. Long time no speak…
Sending a really warm welcome to our new members ❤️🙏and a ‘please please come back’ to our veteran volunteers🙏🤞🙏…Sooooo, excitingly, the PTA have approval to officially reassemble… and hopefully we can bring back some of the lovely, hard fought for community spirit and fun to St. Paul’s. 🤩🥰🎉

We have started planning some pre-summer fair fundraising, so that we can afford fun things for the kids, like Bouncy castles etc…and as such, we really need your help 🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞
A ‘crazy hair day’ and bake sale have been approved for Friday 20th May and we are hoping to add a second hand uniform sale too, if we can get enough volunteers 🤞🤞.
To start with: please could we have a show of hands who might be available to help (in any capacity) on Friday 20th May.
This could be (for example) receiving and organising cakes during the day/ selling the cakes after school/ helping to set up tables/and if necessary, gazebos…

We have maternity cover available for a part time Receptionist.


We are seeking to appoint a conscientious, approachable, professional and highly motivated Receptionist to cover maternity within our busy academy office. You will provide a warm and welcoming reception to all visitors and pupils as well as day to day administration support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands that matters relating to children’s safety and wellbeing are paramount.

• Has a warm and welcoming manner.

• Has the ability to communicate in a calm, efficient and professional manner with children, parents and visitors both in person and on the telephone.

• Has the ability to work with multiple interruptions and as part of a team.

• Is organised and works well under pressure.

• Has the ability to deal with matters of confidentiality with sensitivity and discretion.

• Will carry out first aid as required.

The position is maternity cover, term-time only, 15 hours per week, Single Status Grade 3 scale point 7, £18,887 per annum, pro rata.

St Paul's CE Academy are looking to recruit a Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to join our friendly team in our modern purpose built nursery. This position is Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, term time only.



Previous experience working in a nursery is desirable and it would be beneficial to have experience of being a key-person to a group of children as well as working as part of a busy nursery environment. However we would welcome applications from college students reaching the end of their childcare course.



Our nursery is open plan and has a focus on teaching our 2-4 year olds in open-ended curious ways, which develop their resilience and builds their confidence. We encourage children to be free to explore in all things messy as we believe children learn best when they are having fun.



The role is for 30 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year), Monday - Friday, 9.00a.m. - 3.00p.m. You will be paid on the Single Status pay scale, Grade 3, sp7 £18,887 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £13,113 per annum).
