From just 3 months old all the way through to adulthood, we have swimming lessons available for everyone. Whether you’re looking for your little one’s first experience in the water, helping your child build confidence and swimming skills, or you’re an adult wanting to learn or improve, we have something for you! 🏊🏻

We still need a few more people 60+ to join in the Cornwall Club Games, Tuesday 29th September. We have therefore extended the closing date for registration to Sunday 13th September.

If you are interested in a FUN competition, partaking in; Walking Cricket; Walking Football; Walking Netball and Pickleball.
You do not need to have played these sports previously.

Good News, we have extended the registration date for our Cornwall Club Games, for another week, to 7th September.

If you are over 60, and would like to part in a fun, social, competition in Walking Cricket, Walking Football, Walking Netball and Pickleball.

Our Games are planned for Tuesday 29th September.

We are happy to announce that we are one of the participating centres with the summer reading challenge. 📖

Once you have received a voucher please bring it into centre to redeem it in a swim for all or a family fun swim. 🏊🏼

Please note that vouchers will be given out by participating Libraries and are redeemable for one free swim for one child.

Please be aware that under 8's and non swimmers under 16 will have to be accompanied by a competent swimmer over the age of 16 who will need to purchase their swim separately.

Please be advised that our opening hours will be changing on Monday 31st August due to the Bank Holiday.

Our opening hours will be -

🏊‍♂️ Swimming Pool: 8am-3.30pm (Swim School 3.45pm-5.15pm)

🏋️‍♀️ Gym: 7.30am-6pm

Please take note of these changes when planning your visit.

Normal opening hours will resume following the Bank Holiday.

Senior Club Games – Registration Now Open!

We’re excited to announce that planning is underway for this year’s Senior Club Games, and we’d love for our 60+ members to get involved!

Join us on Tuesday 29th September for a fun-filled day of friendly competition, teamwork, and community spirit.

Event details:
Registration: 9:00am
Trophy Presentation: 5:15pm
Cost: £4.50 (paid at reception)

Take part in a range of exciting activities, including:

Walking Football
Walking Cricket
Walking Netball
Pickleball

Participants will be placed into teams, with up to 6 teams competing (teams of 12–16 players).

Registration closes on 31st August, so make sure you secure your place before the deadline.

We can’t wait to see our senior members come together for a fantastic day of sport, fun, and friendly competition!
