After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided it’s time for me to take a break from personal training.
For the last two years I’ve been juggling two jobs—working 9–5 before heading straight into PT sessions from 7–10pm. Alongside that I’ve been trying to be the best mum I can be, spend time with my partner, look after my pony, and be there for my family.
The reality is, something had to give.
My family has taken a big hit from me constantly working, and I’ve realised it’s time to put them first. Life moves so quickly, and I don’t want to miss the moments that matter most.
I also want to spend some time focusing on myself again. After fitting in all of my fabulous girls, there simply wasn’t any time left for my own training. As much as I love helping others achieve their goals, I’ve neglected some of my own, and it’s time to change that.
To every single client who has trusted me, supported me and allowed me to be part of your journey—thank you. Watching your confidence grow, your strength improve and seeing you achieve things you never thought possible has been the best part of this chapter. Every one of you should be so proud of yourselves.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye forever. I may be back, I may not. Right now, I just need to slow down, recharge, spend quality time with my family, enjoy my pony, and fall back in love with my own training.
Thank you for all the support over the last two years. It has genuinely meant the world to me. ❤️
