🌍 Dance World Cup – Day 3, Part 3 🌏
To finish a long day was Symphony—and what a moment this was.
Because of the number of dancers required for this piece, we had to bring a couple of our juniors into the group. They have worked their absolute socks off to reach the standard needed for such a difficult, advanced routine, and they completely rose to the challenge, well done girls - we are so so proud of you!!!
Although i am incredibly proud of Symphony, the original concept, the choreography (with help from Alex too!) and how the girls perform it, with Symphony, I always question whether I should create something a little more traditional or “cooler” for a street dance section (maybe something a little more inside the box than Mozart 🙈😂) but I am so proud of every single dancer and so glad that we stayed true to ourselves. Theyperformed the piece exactly as it was meant to be performed—with character, commitment and confidence—and it paid off.
Symphony has already won a lot of awards in the lead-up to Dance World Cup at competitions and for choreography but seeing the incredible standard in this section was something else today. Some of the groups were absolutely phenomenal, the standard was beyond what i’ve seen before at this level and we were genuinely just happy to be there, performing on that stage amongst such amazing talent.
So to then hear that we had placed 4th in the world was completely unbelievable in a big section of amazing dancers and dances, we did it girlies!!!

Fourth in the world! 🌍🏆
What an incredible achievement for this special, wonderfully weird little piece. ❤️
