Yesterday, every child in school received their birthday book, kindly funded by the SVP charity. Once again, the SVP generously donated to our school, allowing every child to choose a book of their own.

A huge thank you to the SVP for this incredibly kind gesture. The children were absolutely delighted to receive their books during assembly, and there were lots of excited smiles!

A special thank you to Mrs Helsby and our Reading Ambassadors – Oliver, Ethan, Grace and Ben – for helping every child choose their book and for organising and ordering them all.

Finally, thank you to The Book Stop in St Helens for preparing all of our orders so efficiently.

We are so grateful for everyone's support in helping to inspire a love of reading in our children. 📚💙

Thank you, Mr Grice, for an incredible 12 years of dedication, kindness, and unwavering support at our school. Your hard work, compassion, and the difference you've made to so many children, families, and colleagues will never be forgotten.

While we're sad to say goodbye, we're so grateful for everything you've given over the years. We wish you all the very best as you begin this exciting new chapter.

Although you're leaving our school, you'll always be part of Team Teresa and a cherished member of our school family. Wishing you every happiness—you'll be truly missed. 💙

Thank you to all the families who came this morning for our Leavers Mass and assembly. It was an emotional one but it has been a pleasure to celebrate their journeys together 🌿

Tfest 2026 was amazing! All our Year 6 children took part in all the games and dancing and made it so memorable. There were lots of laughs especially in the limbo game! You are a credit to yourselves Year 6 - Thankyou for being you 🙂

Year 5 had a wonderful end of year trip last week to the cinema and to bowling! Toy Story 5 was great and the children enjoyed some arcade games before having a delicious lunch and a game of bowling! There were some fantastic and some very interesting bowling techniques! A great day had by all and the children were wonderful as always ☀️

Y6 attended their multi-sports festival and what a glorious day it was ☀️ they were happy to spot some future friends from other schools that they’d met on transition and represented school so well! They thoroughly enjoyed their last sporting event of primary 🎯🏐

Thankyou to all of our families for supporting us with our annual PTFA Summer Fayre. Well done to all the winners! The raffle and name the teddy winners will be announced tomorrow.
We raised just over £900 and this money will go towards some new purchases for school. We will do it all again next year 🙂
