😊 A lovely milestone today as our Year 6 pupils met their Reception buddies!

Our oldest and youngest pupils spent time getting to know each other, sharing smiles and beginning what we know will be some fantastic friendships. Year 6 are excited to support, encourage and create lasting memories with their buddies throughout the year.

We are so proud of the kindness and enthusiasm shown by everyone involved. ❤️

A huge well done to our EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 children for making such an excellent start in their new classes!

We are incredibly proud of how well everyone has settled in, embracing new routines, new learning and new opportunities with confidence and enthusiasm. Their positive attitudes have shown what a fantastic transition they have made into the new school year.

As a special recognition of their hard work and effort, each class were delighted to receive a copy of Gruffalo Granny to enjoy in story time next week.

🐾✨ The wait is over! The brand-new Gruffalo Granny was published today and is in St Helens Libraries . Our copies are arriving at school tomorrow too. We can't wait to share this wonderful new story with our children. There will be lots of excitement, storytelling, imagination and, of course, plenty of Gruffalo fun! 🐾🌲📖

We're delighted to announce that our much-loved St Aidan's Baby & Toddler Group returns on Wednesday 16th September! 💜💚

Join us every Wednesday from 9:00am to 10:30am at St Aidan's CE Primary School for a fun-filled morning of: 🎵 Singing 🧸 Playing 👫 Making friends ☕ Refreshments 😊 Lots of fun!

This year we're also excited to be welcoming Moo Music for a number of free taster sessions throughout the year, alongside our weekly music activities led by Bern, our school music teacher. 🎶🐮
