This year, the Franchisee of the Year Award is being presented to a Principal who truly represents the very best of Drama Kids. Operating their business with complete professionalism and compliance, this individual consistently demonstrates creativity, ambition, and innovation in every aspect of their work.

They have shown remarkable initiative, driving new projects, supporting fellow franchisees, and collaborating closely with Head Office on pilot schemes and new developments. Their communication across departments is exemplary, and their proactive approach makes a huge difference to our network.
Within their Academy, they have built outstanding relationships with students, families, and staff, fostering trust, loyalty, and enthusiasm. Deeply integrated within their local community, they fundraise for charity events and offer additional opportunities for students to grow, shine and socialise.

This Principal’s resilience, leadership, and passion have set a benchmark for excellence, inspiring others across the entire organisation.
