With the hot weather this week, the temptation to enter open water in order to cool off can be a tricky one. Please ensure that your child knows the dangers. Far too many young lives were lost in the more recent hot weather and we must ensure that our children are safe. The following advice is from Merseyside Fire & Rescue.

We were treated to an amazing assembly by our Year 6 children who celebrated and shared their own hard work and effort over the last 10 weeks with the Deaf Active Hands Project. The children have learned how to sign about topics of interest in addition to signing (and singing) to 3 amazing songs. What an amazing experience once again for our children. We’re all so proud of you!
