🎪 CALLING ALL CREATIVES 🎪

Round up round up as the college of deviants makes its way into SEASON FOUR of it’s creative endeavours. This time, it’s personal (finance).

The college of deviants is a collective of creatives developing their own work in the heart of Manchester and we’re hosting an open day for all creatives far and wide who are interested in joining a collective of people who are creating their own stuff. It’s for anyone chasing a creative career or people who want to get back into chasing one after some time off (because sometimes life comes first). This year we’re talking money, how can we really make our creative endeavours a job?! Lets find out together.

Winter raged on but the ringmaster was now drunk on tyrannical power. He forced his deviants to perform despite the warnings and as he pushed the fire eater onto the stage a particularly violent gust hit the sheets of the tent. The wind wobbled the fire eaters flame to create a blaze so contagious it seemingly destroyed everything the ringmaster had spent years building in mere seconds. Many deviants escaped, the few that didn’t were banished to their cage and wheeled away on the carts as the ringmaster watched his life’s work burn before his very eyes. After collecting what he could from the wreckage he returned to the carts, one particularly opportunistic deviant asked “are we done master?”. The ringmaster looked and smiled as he regaled a tale of the phoenix. The brave deviant replied once more “but we lost most of our deviants sir….”, the ringmaster widened his grin… “plenty more where that came from”, he entered his trailer and with a whip crack the horses took the first of many steps back home…

Chicken S**t was a huge success. We're so proud of Isobelle Whinnett for writing what we believe to be a masterpiece.

The College of Deviants started as a creative collective on zoom during lockdown and last night we performed our first every full length play. HUGE.

We're taking a month or so off. If you want to support this project and help us enable more creatives to do what they do best then you can pledge a couple of quid a month on our Patreon.
