In september we made rainbow playdough and made colourful cakes with it. The children enjoyed digging in the mud pit with buckets and spades. We had a biscuit shop set up in the role play area. We have been learning about feelings and emotions. The children enjoyed chopping up wooden vegetables. They painted rainbows using different colours and corks.

Last week we had the snail and the whale story sack. We made fruit ice lollies. The children explored ice with sea creatures. They matched coloured lollies. We made bubble wrap starfish. We coloured in paper and made them into fans. To finish our week we went to queens pit for a run around. We had musical instruments and dance with scarves and ribbons.
