CLOSED WEDNESDAY 12th AUGUST - SOLAR ECLIPSE

Just a heads up, students - we will be CLOSED this Wednesday for the total solar eclipse.

We want our students, families and instructors to be able to safely enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime event over Cornwall.

All classes will be back on as normal from Thursday.

See you on the mats Thursday!

A quick eclipse safety note:
Please do NOT look directly at the sun. Use proper certified eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2), not sunglasses. Keep little ones supervised and don't look through phones, cameras or binoculars without a proper solar filter.

Quick update. The temperature in the academy is 28-29°c. I'd you are coming being plenty of water. We have taken the decision to cancel the adult classes.

Just a quick note to confirm all classes are on as usual this evening. However, please be aware the academy is very hot so be sure to bring plenty of water.
