Guys I’m really sorry but I’ve got to cancel the kids class tonight. I’ve got a hospital appointment at 4pm however the a30 is shut so I’ve had to divert which is going to make me late for my appointment and for class.

As of Wednesday everything will be back to normal 💪

Sorry again!

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to remind everyone that looking after your mind is just as important as training your body. 💚

At Rough-Cut Muay Thai, we believe Muay Thai is more than just a sport — it’s a powerful way to improve mental wellbeing, build confidence, reduce stress, and create real connections with others.

Training helps:
🥊 Release stress and anxiety
🥊 Build discipline and confidence
🥊 Improve focus and resilience
🥊 Create a supportive community
🥊 Boost both physical and mental health

No matter your experience level, stepping onto the mats can be the start of something positive. You are never alone — our gym is a place where everyone is welcome, supported, and encouraged to grow.

This week, let’s continue breaking the stigma around mental health and encourage open conversations. 💚

Pain is temporary. Pride is forever.
