Lavender is the best scent! It helps with mood, anxiety and depression: Lavender is known for its ability to calm the nervous system, lift the mood and even lower blood pressure.
The lavender scented playdough releases such a lovely smell during play, and with the accompanying lavender plant the scent is amazing.
