A lovely afternoon at The Globe Theatre, watching a production of 'Romeo and Juliet', set in the Wild West. This was a great start to the summer!
So proud of all my students, for their excellent GCSE results. Now on to 'Hamlet' (A-Level) and 'Macbeth' (GCSE). Hopefully the creative writing lessons will provide some light relief from all that tragedy!

Here I am on my travels, enjoying a bit of a literary tour! Highlights were Arthur Miller's Brooklyn, Steinbeck's Cannery Row and the City Lights bookshop, frequented by Jack Kerouac and friends.
