Lower Sixth students had a fantastic experience at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival performing the play 'Make Me Good Again', written by A Level Drama student Kai, to three different audiences. When not on stage, the cast and staff experienced a variety of performance work including improvised musicals, absurd comedy and experimental theatre. This is the Drama Department's sixth year at the festival and what a superb way to showcase young talent and champion new writing.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Jazz Evening and Cabaret this year. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we are delighted to have raised an amazing ยฃ1,700 for St Francis Hospice.

Every ticket purchased, raffle ticket bought, and refreshments enjoyed helped contribute to this fantastic total, supporting the outstanding care that St Francis Hospice provides to patients and their families.

A heartfelt thank you to our talented student musicians, dedicated staff, volunteers, and everyone who came along to support these wonderful events.

A fantastic first day for our CCF Adventure Training expedition in the Dolomites! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ”๏ธ

Yesterday was full of adventure, with the team taking on the excitement of whitewater rafting before testing their courage and teamwork on the high ropes course.

The day ended with a well-earned meal at a local pizzeria, where the group also celebrated Beltrรกn's birthday! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‚

Experiences like these are what CCF Adventure Training is all about, building confidence, resilience, teamwork and friendships through shared challenges and unforgettable experiences.

Our Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award participants have pushed themselves to complete four arduous days of walking in the Lake District. All 26 students braved the ascents in the heat, adapting to modified routes to ensure they completed the expedition successfully.

The assessors were impressed by their camaraderie, effective planning, support for one another and sheer grit throughout the expedition.

Congratulations to all involved on this fantastic achievement.

Two evenings of outstanding performances made this year's Cabaret a memorable celebration of our students' talent, dedication, and hard work.

With a lively Country & Western theme, favourite movie classics, and the incredible accompaniment of our live Cabaret Orchestra, audiences enjoyed a fantastic programme featuring songs including Tennessee Whiskey, You'll Never Walk Alone, I Feel Pretty, and When You Wish Upon a Star.

Congratulations to all our performers, musicians, and everyone who worked behind the scenes. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment made this year's Cabaret a wonderful success. ๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŽถ
