We could not be more thrilled with Gemma. She has been so kind and approachable with Elodie; she’s enabled a lovely rapport and developed a really trusting relationship with Elodie. In addition, Gemma is clearly very experienced and skilled, and has helped Elodie so much with the curriculum already. Our son enjoyed very unexpectedly the Creative Writing Camp. So much so he wants to subscribe for next year!! I don’t how know this teacher managed to make him like writing but she did and wonderfully.

It’s incredible the difference the sessions with Mike have made to our son’s confidence. He had been struggling for while and we were extremely worried about his prospects with sats looming but Mike listened to our concerns and put together a program of development and he has gone from strength to strength. He attained age related expectation by the end of the year, sailed through sats and has now settled well into his first year in secondary. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Adventure Tuition to anybody with similar concerns.

Anna has done a great job in building my son’s confidence in maths with her calm and patient approach. We’ve seen real results with his class teacher reporting that he is happy to try the harder level tasks in school and he himself tells us he now feels more confident in the subject. This was achieved in just a few sessions with Anna.

I asked for a tutor to help build my son’s confidence with schoolwork and Kate knew exactly how to deal with it. Our tutor Val has done so well my son is now really progressing at school and we’ve had positive reports from his teacher.

My 7 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed doing a five day creative writing holiday camp this summer. Alison is a super teacher and really encouraged her to be imaginative and explore language. Will definitely sign her up again

The creative writing course was brilliant and is probably the best holiday activity that my daughter has done! She loved going along, always came out beaming and buzzing about what she had done during the day with Alison. When the book arrived, the sense of pride and achievement that she read her story with was lovely to see. As well as all the fluffy stuff, she learnt some great techniques to help her creative writing when she is at school which she will now approach with significantly more confidence having done the course.

Just wanted to let you know that thanks to Laura’s maths tuition, our daughter has moved up to the middle set after just one term of tutoring. She had her first lesson in the new class yesterday, and felt confident because she had already covered the material with Laura.
She (and we) are delighted, and we look forward to Laura supporting her as she progresses in the new class.

I am extremely happy, and grateful, for discovering the Adventure Tuition services, my son is making noticeable progress, sessions are in time that fits our schedule, lessons are tailored to his needs. We had the luck to meet Alex, an amazing teacher who always prepares her lessons to cover the areas where he needs extra help, has endless patience and a really good approach to explain, get his focus and encourage him. Alex not only helped him with the current year curriculum, but covered the gaps from the years before - his handwriting is improved significantly and he finally learned his times tables (in his own time, which is even more impressive). All I can say is "Thank you", it has been a great year and we really appreciate your help.

Kate was fantastic in getting a tutor for Maria in such a short notice. Jenny Marias tutor was an excellent and a fantastic tutor. Maria has learned a lot from jenny. I will recommend adventure tutor to everyone as they are fantastic at teaching. End of summer term this year maria had excellent result from school all exceeding as she started after Easter holidays all down to jenny.

My children have been working with Emma this academic year and it has gone so well. Emma has been professional and worked hard with them and I have noticed an improvement which I hope will continue. Emma has helped with SATS preparation and KS2 work and we look forward to working with her again. Adventure tuition has been incredibly easy to deal with and very flexible.
