React draws on the techniques and principles of drama to help people and organisations learn in the best way possible: by doing.

Since 1993, our trainers have been developing interactive training techniques that really work and are enjoyable too. We use a variety of interactive training tools to appeal to all learning styles. Participants work well in an atmosphere of trust, positivity and realistic practice. It's the best way of learning and embedding new skills or behaviours. Training modules are flexible and can be tailored to fit with your specific needs. Exercises using business actors/role-players include:

Forum Theatre:

Flexible, tailored group learning that is inter-active, stimulating and fun. An inter-active session, allowing participants to observe events and influence their outcome. Role-play:

Role-play with our professional business actors turns theory into practice. It offers the opportunity for participants to be coached as they practice in a safe and controlled environment delivering tangible results. It can be used in any training that involves the interaction of two or more people giving participants the opportunity to build confidence as they master new skills, accelerating and deepening learning. Actors for Assessment Centres

Since 1993 providing actors for assessment and development centres has formed a central part of our business. We have a diverse base of actors from which we are able to cast any level of role-play from factory worker up to chairman. We specifically look for actors with relevant business experience. Our team includes former directors of companies and a number of actors with experience in middle and senior management roles. Business Simulation

An opportunity for your delegates to practice the skills and techniques they need to succeed in a realistic and challenging business situation. A team of business actors, with a complex brief, create a bespoke, and sophisticated simulation of a business environment. Course participants practice and learn with no risk involved.

They often show up internally, in judgement, composure, and decision-making, and externally in how others experience us.
