Day 1 & 2 on Summer School, learning Reticello with The Common Thread. A very exacting technique, but beautiful progress!

Finally finished and framed ready for gifting on Wednesday. I’m so pleased with the results!

Finally started my Coronation embroidery (design Helen M Stevens) on Saturday at SoS, before we heard about the King’s illness. Sending him well wishes as I continue with my stitching

Progress on my Schwalm sample ‘Tulip’ begun at Hampton Court Palace with Needlework by Nikki at the RSN yesterday. A super class for a rather exacting technique!

After a wonderful workshop with The Common Thread yesterday, my finished Spring Fling. Absolutely loved stitching this gorgeous design, thank you dear Tanya xx

A fabulous day out with some HertsTAS ladies to The Manor at Hemingford Grey. Shown around in a very entertaining fashion by the daughter in law of the late Lucy Boston. Lucy was the author of the Children of Green Knowe books, all set around this house. Lucy was also a prolific patchworker and we were privileged to see her lovely work. A magical day out!
