Last week, we took our Sixth Form Leadership Team on an action-packed day trip to Phasels Wood Activity Centre.

Throughout the day, students took part in a range of exciting team-building activities and outdoor challenges, with a focus on developing Resilient Leaders.

It was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships, build confidence and develop the skills needed to lead others effectively. A brilliant day was had by all, and the experience helped to bring our leadership team even closer together.
