Today we celebrate World Mental Health Day - a reminder that mental health matters, and that it’s okay not to be okay.

Whether it’s talking to a friend, checking in with someone, taking a break, or simply asking for help, small steps can make a big difference.

Let’s continue to look out for one another, listen without judgement and make sure everyone in our NBS community feels supported and valued. 💚

We have put together a list of resources on our website, that you may find useful - link in bio.

This week, we have started our Black History Month celebrations with Sixth Form led assemblies, where our Sixth Form students spoke to the rest of the school about this year's theme, 'Honouring Our Communities'.

Students also learnt about inspirational black figures, including Walter Tull, Mavis Best and Dina Asher Smith, alongside some fantastic artwork created by our art students!

Well done for leading these assemblies and helping us to celebrate, learn and reflect together as a school community

What a fantastic NBS Open Evening last night! Our students and staff were delighted to showcase everything NBS has to offer, and we hope everyone who visited had a brilliant evening.

Nothing shows a community better than the people within it, and last night this was exemplified in every way. We are incredibly proud of our students and staff for making the evening such a special one.

Thank you to everyone who came along - we hope to see you again soon!
