This morning at Conley Heath at the end of the adult session we bought on the mats three of the cadets that had been patiently waiting for their parents to finish training. The object of the game is to remain in a fighting stance with the ball between your jab hands, whilst trying to block attacks and knock the ball out of your opponents hands. Here we have mother and daughter/father and son teams. There was a fair bit of cheating going on, mainly from the adults it has to be said. Disgraceful behaviour 😂 👊🏻
