There are so many reasons I love teaching, giving my clients a space to calm their thoughts, enjoy exercising through the postures and the sequences I teach, reset for the week - is why I love yoga and what work I do!

I had rose quartz beads sewn onto the dress I had made for my sisters wedding - the bracelet I wore and had was very similar to this one that broke years ago.

Keep fit and your energy levels up with yoga throughout your pregnancy.

In my classes I incorporate strengthening poses to keep your muscles strong - helping you to stay active which in turn will help with an easier labour and especially recovery after delivery.

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”

I taught my first session to a new client yesterday. She had never done yoga before and on health advice needed to start exercising but felt to self conscious to go to a gym or have anyone train her. It was an empowering session for her realising she could move more than she thought after years of not much movement. Her smile at the end of the session really made my heart smile and I’m looking forward to continue our sessions and build up her strength and flexibility in body and mind!

On leaving she thanked me for helping her ‘climb out’ of her comfort zone after years of struggling with how she feels in her body but not changing anything at all. Her words resonated so much and one of my new year objectives is to be brave and step out of mine! Students are so often our teachers too.

Taking bookings now for my online Pregnancy Yoga class - this gorgeous model is now back at my classes in her second pregnancy 💕

Such lovely news last week, we had a power cut at home and no electricity for 18 hours! Have never been without power for so long well not since spending time on an island without any during my travelling days !

I couldn’t teach the class because of no power and I was really hoping to as it may have been the last session for one of my clients before she gave birth. We rescheduled for Tuesday night, so special to receive the news on Tuesday during the day she delivered (in just a few hours) and I received the news with the most gorgeous photo from her babies ‘birth day’.
