🧘‍♀️NEW CLASS at Westminster lodge🧘‍♀️ Yoga kids anna is pleased to announce a new group for children aged 3 to 8 years old .

As a Montessori teacher, mixing age groups is an excellent opportunity for the children to learn and support one another. My yoga classes at different nurseries ( 3 to 5 years old ) are very popular , i find it that is a lovely age group to teach , they love it!


Parents are welcome in the lesson until they adjust. My yoga classes are interactive and social , it is all about connection, movement, breath, and being creative together in a magical and playful way . I was trained with Rainbow kids yoga , so I try to follow their philosophy of teaching young children .
