And that’s a wrap : Tough week for all of these amazing young people : who have dragged themselves out of bed every morning for 5 days in their holidays to learn lifesaving skills that will be with them for a life time : I had some lovely feedback from there parents Noting the difference & growth that each person had made :
National Pool Lifeguarding qualification & life threatening bleeding will enable them to gain employment but will also equip them for this every changing violent world we live in :
Could your teenager save a life on the street or at a music festival?
Would they know how to manage a drunk friend on a night out at university ?
In my humble opinion it is a question every parent should ask themselves
