πŸŽ’ Good luck to everyone heading back to school this September!

A special mention to those starting school for the very first time and those making the big move up to secondary school. But whether you’re starting Reception, Year 7 or simply moving up a year, the beginning of a new school year can feel exciting, daunting - or a bit of both!

A few things can make those first few days a little easier:
βœ”οΈ Get back into the school routine before the first day
βœ”οΈ Get uniform, bags and equipment ready in advance
βœ”οΈ Talk about what they’re looking forward to (and anything they’re worried about)
βœ”οΈ Encourage them to ask for help if they need it
βœ”οΈ Don’t worry if it takes a little while to settle back in

September can bring plenty of mixed emotions too - particularly with those big Reception and Year 7 milestones! And if you're looking for some extra support for your child this year, please do get in touch.

From all of us at Tutor Doctor, we hope everyone enjoys the last few days of summer holidays and has a brilliant start to the new school year. Good luck! 🌟
