We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, fun loving staff member to join our team of fantastic childcare practitioners.

We have settings in Ryde, Arreton and Godshill and due to increasing demand we are looking to expand the number of places we can offer.

We are looking for fully qualified Level 2 or Level 3 childcare practitioners and are unable to take on unqualified staff at present.

We are a 50 week nursery and our working hours are 7.30am – 5.30pm and we are looking for someone who is available to work between these hours.

COMING SOON…

KNL Childcare will be opening a new 50 week Nursery and Pre-School on site at Godshill Primary School on the 23rd February 2026.

This will include a brand new baby suite for children from birth to two years as well as spaces from 2 years up in the dedicated 2-3’s and Pre-School area.

We would love to see you at our open mornings on Saturday 17th and Saturday 24th January from 10am till 1pm. We will be on hand to answer questions, provide more information and register your interest in spaces.

Due to increasing demand for high quality childcare across the Island KNL Childcare are thrilled to announce that we are currently expanding and will be opening a brand new year round setting for children from birth to 4 years in February 2026.

LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE -

From September 2025 all working parents are entitled to 30 hours of childcare for their child from the term after they turn 9 months

If your child is nine months or older before the 31st August 2025 you may be eligible for 30 funded hours per week.

We can offer this childcare as a fully flexible entitlement between 9am and 5pm with no additional fee’s or consumable charges, just book in for the hours you need.
We also offer additional wrap around cover from 8am and till 5.30pm.

We are absolutely thrilled to share with you all that at our latest OFSTED inspection last month Little Squirrels Community Nursery was found to be ‘Good’ in all areas and that we are maintaining our overall rating of ‘Good’.
