Greenmount Community Preschool We are a community preschool situated on the same site as Greenmount Primary School.

We care for children aged 2-5years, Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm term time only. We operate from 2 large rooms and a secure outside area which is supervised by highly qualified and experienced early years practitioners at all times. Our aim is to ensure all the children we care for are happy, healthy and confident in their earliest stages of "learning". Learning through play inside and outside in all

weathers is what we believe in. We welcome parents and carers to visit us at any time or give us a call, email or message.

As we all know they are like gold dust and trying to find one that is taking on new patients is even harder!!

"If you go down to the woods today..." 🎶🎵

You'll find lots of excited preschoolers!

Today we visited our local forest and had an amazing time exploring the forest 🌳 and the deep cold river 🏞

Despite the rain there were smiles all round as we clambered over trees and under branches, through the mud and in and out of puddles before taking shelter under a tree to eat our snacks 🍎

We can't wait until we do it all over again next week!!

On Sunday it is National Grandparents Day so we decided to invite the special people in our lives to Preschool for the afternoon to see what we get up to and join us for some cake!

Good evening!
I know we are expecting another heatwave soon BUT this Winter is going to be tough for a lot of people.

We are aiming to set up a drop and swap at Preschool to support parents and children to keep warm this winter without having to spend lots of money.

If you have any old coats, hats, scarves or gloves (children and adults) you're willing to donate please let know.
