Beyond the Classroom 🌟

We are incredibly lucky to have an excellent Multimedia Room in our school, equipped with fantastic technology that enhances our pupils' learning experiences. Students thoroughly enjoy using this space during their Computing lessons, where they can develop important digital skills through engaging and interactive activities. The Multimedia Room is also used each morning for our soft start sessions, providing a calm and productive environment for pupils to begin their day.

Beyond the classroom!

EYFS had some very exciting visitors this week. Pupils had an amazing time speaking to a real-life fire fighter and learning all about the fire service. 🚒

🌟 A Super Achievement! 🌟

At the end of Year 2 last year, our children were given the exciting opportunity to design their own superhero character for the Super Me competition, run by Young Writers.

We are incredibly proud to share that a large number of our children were selected to have their amazing creations published in the Super Me book. What a fantastic achievement!

An extra special congratulations goes to one of our talented pupils, whose superhero character was chosen as a finalist in the competition and has been featured on the front cover of the book!

We are so proud of all the children who took part and showcased such creativity, imagination and enthusiasm. Well done everyone!

🌟 A Huge Shout Out to ISS Catering! 🌟

We are delighted to be working with our new catering company, ISS, and the children are already enjoying the benefits of having hot meals cooked fresh in our very own oven! 🍽️

From perfectly crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside jacket potatoes 🥔 to a delicious choice of puddings every day, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Children can choose from warm desserts such as crumble or lighter options including fresh fruit and yoghurt. 🍎🍓🥣

Pupil spotlight!

A huge well done to the fantastic pupils in Year 2 Sweden! They have been working incredibly hard in English, learning all about nouns and adjectives.

The children put their learning into action by designing their very own castles and writing three brilliant sentences using nouns and adjectives to describe their creations. What wonderful writing and imagination. Well done, Year 2!
