Andrea's Childcare Ofsted Registered Childminder I am a Registered Childminder based on the South side off Rushden. We have ample parking.

We are just an easy 5 minutes stroll from Southend Junior and Infant Schools with no roads to cross. Our house is a large 4 bedroom house with playroom, a room for older children, quiet room and large garden. I have been childminding for 17 years and have references available.

A simple invitation to explore… 💛
The children are busy combining magnetic tiles with rice and pasta, building towers, houses, little enclosures and all sorts of wonderful creations.
There is so much learning happening naturally through their play — experimenting with balance and structure, developing fine motor skills, problem-solving, filling and emptying, sharing ideas and working alongside one another.
I love watching an idea begin with just a few loose parts and then grow completely through the children’s own curiosity and imagination. ✨

🌿 Our new mud kitchen is ready for Monday! 🌿
I’m so excited for the children to start exploring our new outdoor mud kitchen. 🥣✨
There are pots, pans, scales, utensils, natural ingredients, potion jars and recipe cards ready for lots of mixing, measuring, pouring, creating and, no doubt, some wonderfully messy concoctions! 🍃🌸🪵
I’m really looking forward to giving the children even more opportunities to learn and play outdoors — using their imaginations, experimenting with different materials and creating their own recipes together.
I have a feeling this is going to be a very well-used little corner of the garden! 🤎

It’s always so lovely when children who have moved on come back to visit, and even more special seeing old friendships pick up as though no time has passed at all. 🥰
