The next Domino Masterclass at Scribble Studio is taking place in a couple of weeks on Thursday the 17th of September from 6pm-7:30. Something to do as an after-school activity!

Masterclasses are 1hr30 sessions dedicated to specific domino toppling techniques and skills. These skills are then put into motion for a big topple at the end of the workshop, with the option to join together with other participants for a massive topple!

The sessions take place at Scribble Studio in Rushden, located on Church Street, NN10 9YT. (https://www.toppleacademy.com/workshops)

Tickets cost £10 per person - Adults are free but encouraged to join in if there is space available - and the session is limited to 8 children.

You can book on for this session by emailing [email protected] with the session date and number of tickets required. Payment is then taken on the day in either cash or card.

👀 A day in the life of Scribble Studio (Tuesday edition)

We had a fantastic day at Scribble Studio yesterday, so wanted to give you a sneak peek behind the scenes...

Here's what a Tuesday at Scribble Studio looks like:

Opening up ➡️ Kettle's on before anything else. Natural light floods the studio as we get set up for the day ahead.

10am ➡️ Watercolour palettes out. It's time for a peaceful session of adult watercolours. We're getting creative, and exploring our style.

12pm ➡️ Watercolours away, brushes washed, and we're getting ready for a calm evening of independent creative freedom.

7pm ➡️ Welcome to Beginners Art Group. Learning the very basics, there's a lot of focus, laughter, and smiles. Everyone's learning something brand new, together.

7:15pm ➡️ Your Creative Space begins. A mixture of sewing, paint, drawing, is done, all by a community enjoying a calm, cosy space.

9:15pm ➡️ Last threads trimmed, pencils packed away, lights off, door locked on Church Street.
