💫 End of Summer Weekend Offer! 💫

Our play guides have been really popular & whilst we developed them for you to use as summer inspiration, they can be used all year round! The play can be adapted to suit the changing seasons or events / celebrations so this guide is a super little handy resource to have & refer too!

As a little end of summer treat, we are offering these for £7.50 each - this weekend only (usual price is £10.)

Payment can be made via bank transfer & the guides can be posted or collected from a session! Postage costs to be added.

The weather is changing (my favourite season is coming!!! 🍂🍂) so lots of ideas for rainy days at home!! ☔️

🍂 We had such a fun messy play session on Wednesday. Okay, technically it’s still summer but we are bringing out the autumnal vibes & I couldn’t love it more! 🍂

So, what did we get up too?? Well, our Mini Wonders enjoyed -

🍂 Making beautiful autumnal playdough creations with our freshly homemade cinnamon spiced playdough.
🍂 Making a splash with our autumn soup water tray.
🍂 Painted pinecones & autumn pictures.
🍂 Looked for minibeasts hidden amongst the chocolate cake mud sensory base.
🍂 Scooped autumn oats & explored the forest.
🍂 Another scooping / pouring activity, orange rice play!

It was so fun & definitely a messy clean up!!

The holidays are almost over (😢) and we are gearing up for our September sessions - posted at the top of the page. Spaces are filling quickly so do book on asap if you are hoping to join us. If you have already booked on, please arrange payment to secure your space!

Well that was exciting! Headed to our usual spot on the plain, only to find a tank parked right where we normally park!!! 2 army vehicles under the trees covered in camo netting & army people milling around! The boys were already excited & then this happened! As we drove past you could see the guys inside & they waved backed to Dylan who squealed with excitement!! So exciting!

Obviously I wasn’t driving, Aaron was!! We are teaching the boys of the importance of being safe on the plain, obeying the signs / flags / lights & only going where we are allowed too! Samuel & Edward would have happily walked around with the army guys today 😂

A little Autumn warm up! 🍂 It may still be summer, but we are in full on Autumnal mode here! Autumn is my favourite season so I absolutely loved planning, prepping & running this session today! 🍂

The older boys had a super fun day planned today ⚽️ They went off to Swindon Town FC for a Kelloggs Football Camp day - another fab freebie (other than buying 2 boxes of cereal to get the codes!!) ⚽️

So we took Dylan to hang out at Lydiard Park for the day! ☀️ Parking is £5 for the day & we spent £8 on ice creams, so a relatively low cost trip out! We are definitely counting the pennies now 😅😅

Lots of space to play, explore, climb, play football, blow bubbles etc! A gorgeous walk around the lake, a fabulous park (split into 2 for younger / older children!) Tables for picnics & a cafe / ice cream kiosk. Perfect for a few hours out! ☀️

We have 4 currently available & ready to go, but more can be printed so please let me know if you would like one!

Our guides have been created to inspire your play at home, during the summer & beyond. Simple play ideas that are easy to set up, engage your little ones & hopefully allow you the time for a cup of tea!!

These are just a few of the ideas featured inside, alongside photos taken from our session set ups & set ups I’ve done with my boys at home!

🌈 Play at Home Idea! 🌈

My older boys used to love a colour themed play tray! These can easily be set up, simply by collecting items from around your home.

The Pom Pom tray shown here was great, I just popped the Pom Poms on the tray alongside some scoops & stacking cups for the boys to sort by colour matching. Tweezers could be added too which would be fantastic for developing those all important fine motor skills. Always supervise with small objects like Pom Poms!

🍂 The summer is literally flying by, and it’s a real mix of feelings for me! I’ve tried to fill our days with fun & memories, adding in picnics & footballs & spending time exploring locally. We’ve had some bigger days out with Daddy. The weather has been amazing, although too hot for me, and we haven’t had to watch the clock or worry about uniform, swimming kits, forest school stuff or school runs 🍂

I’m ready for routine & to restart our sessions, but I’m holding onto these last few days - despite the constant arguments between my boys (every single day 😅) And life will be a little bit different here as Samuel starts secondary school and I am just not ready 😢😢

Before that, we are looking forward to our messy play on Wednesday 26th, we are fully booked & planned / mostly prepped for a lovely autumnal themed session.

Looking ahead, September dates are posted & filling quickly so please book on early to secure your spaces.
