Disability Awareness Day is over for another year, and what an incredible day it was!
It's difficult to know where to begin when trying to sum up such a fantastic experience and thank all the people who made it so special. But let's start at the beginning.
Firstly, a huge thank you to Dave Thompson, Warrington Disability Partnership and your amazing staff team and volunteers. From the moment we arrived until the time we packed up to go home, you were there every step of the way helping us unload, checking in throughout the day, and always on hand to offer support whenever it was needed. Disability Awareness Day is such a spectacular event because of the dedication, hard work, and commitment of everyone involved. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience.
To our own incredible volunteers you know who you are......we simply couldn't do events like this without you. Thank you for giving up your time to support our show teams, help on our stand, and represent us so brilliantly throughout the day. Your commitment never goes unnoticed, and we are so grateful.
Now, to our show team... I'm almost lost for words. Your performances were outstanding professional, polished, and delivered with such confidence. You should all be immensely proud of yourselves. What made me even prouder was seeing so many of you come straight from the stage to help on our stand. Your willingness to support wherever you were needed speaks volumes about the wonderful young people you are. You are a credit to your families, and I couldn't be prouder of every single one of you.
To Keily and Sarah, thank you both for looking after and supporting our performers backstage. Your calm encouragement and care made such a difference.
To all our families, friends, and supporters who came to watch our show teams perform, thank you. Having you there cheering everyone on meant the world to us and helped make the day even more special.

And finally the icing on the cake we were absolutely thrilled to receive the 'Best Voluntary Exhibitor' award from Warrington Disability Partnership. Receiving this award means so much and we are incredibly proud of everyone who played a part in making it happen.
So, is it time for a rest? Absolutely not!
Next up are our LAMDA exams, followed immediately by rehearsals for Legally Blonde and Matilda. Thankfully, we thrive on hard work—and we wouldn't have it any other way!
Thank you to everyone who supported us. We are so proud of what we achieved together, and we can't wait to do it all again next year. 💜

What an incredible evening!
We are absolutely delighted and so incredibly proud of every single one of our performers who took part in our 20th Anniversary Showcase at Walton Gardens last night.
Whether you were backstage or out on the performance stage, your commitment, energy, passion, and professionalism were simply outstanding. You truly are what performing arts is all about, and you should all be immensely proud of yourselves. You inspired everyone who watched you.
A huge thank you to Dave Thompson and everyone at Warrington Disability Partnership for giving us the opportunity to showcase these amazing performers. Your volunteers were so supportive, helpful, and welcoming, helping everything run like clockwork throughout the evening.
To all of our wonderful ELLA volunteers, whether you were backstage, selling raffle tickets, selling programmes, or helping in so many other ways thank you. We simply couldn't have done it without you.
A special thank you to Jess for the incredible cakes and fudges she made to help raise funds for our group. They were absolutely delicious and very much appreciated!
To our fantastic tutors, thank you for your dedication, creativity, and hard work in bringing our 20th Anniversary Showcase to life. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing team, and this performance was a reflection of everything you do for our young people.
And finally, to our wonderful audience thank you for every clap, cheer, smile, and word of encouragement. Your support meant the world to our performers and made them feel like absolute stars.
It was an amazing night... but we're not finished yet!
Our Junior and Senior Show Teams will be performing again on Sunday 12th July at Disability Awareness Day at Walton Gardens at 12:40pm.

At Brookvale Community Centre, volunteering isn’t about filling hours, it’s about filling gaps that matter.

A little bundle of joy is still looking for a forever home!
One of the lovely members of EllaTogether Performance Group & Academy’s cat recently had 3 beautiful kittens. Two of the kittens have already found wonderful homes, but there is still one precious little kitten waiting for a loving and caring family to call their own.
