Day 3
New at this years Elevate was a Heels - technique, posture, balance & fundamentals class given by Harley Burrell. Mrs Stagg found the technique very interesting & was surprised how much cross over there was with Latin American. She liked the class so much, she stayed in for the second session which was explored musicality, performance quality & confidence.
She finished the morning with Nahum McLean's West African Dance, this class was pure joy & a fantastic work out! She said "If you could bottle that class, there would be no sadness in the world.
After lunch a Jazz Choreography class given by Matthew Banks, developing tools for engaging, technical & performance-driven jazz choreography.

After 3 very full days, & late nights catching up with the close teacher friends she's made at the convention each year, it was time to let her hair down for a Salsa class with Luba Mushtuk of Strictly! This finished the convention on a real high. The three days pass far too quickly.

A truly outstanding faculty, knowledgeable lecturers, inspirational teachers & lots of interesting exhibitors. Thank you idsdance
for another great year. 🖤🤍
