This week, our pre-schoolers have been beaming with pride as they reaped the rewards of their hard work in the garden! With the help of our amazing parent volunteer on Thursdays, they've been able to harvest their very own carrots and onions, and even got to chop and enjoy them at tea time - a true celebration of their growth and accomplishment! 🌱🎉

Following on from the England game this morning the babies have enjoyed a England themed sensory tray in the garden before it got to warm, the babies enjoyed transporting the rice around using the tin pots as they listened to the noise of the rice hitting the bottom of the tins. This week in the toddler room, we have been exploring different textures! The children had a great time mixing paint into the foam and watching the colour change🎨. We've also been focusing on our independence skills by serving our own food and practising counting while using the scoop🥣.Today, we put on our wetsuits and wellies and headed outside to splash in our blue puddles!💧

Happy Lunar New Year to all our families! It has been a busy week of celebrations.
The babies have enjoyed exploring a Lunar New Year sensory tray, where they transported rice using the spoons and bowls. In our toddler room, the children have been paining their own lanterns, demonstrating excellent hand eye-coordination. Meanwhile, our Pre-school room has been creating spectacular firework pictures with pipettes and crafting their own lanterns to take home.
