Full time martial arts venue open Monday to Saturday classes start every weekday from 5pm and Satur Weekday classes start at 4pm and run through until 10pm.

Full time martial arts venue that opens at midday Monday to Saturday for private and group fitness or martial arts sessions. We offer classes for all age ranges starting from moms and babies right through the age's. All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Also offer moms and tots classes covering fitness, balance and other key developmental areas in a fun and safe environment. Contact us for more details.
