The Week of “The Giant Jam Sandwich”. The children enjoyed making their own jam sandwiches, sharing a picnic together, setting up traps for the wasps, learning how helpful bees are and discussing team work. … we have also started saying goodbye and good luck to some of our older children moving to their new Reception classes. Summer fun in Nursery, as we shared the story of “Handa’s Surprise”. Fruit tasting, African necklaces designed and painted, still life painting of fruit, sunset backdrops explored, cosy times spent sharing stories together. 🐘🐆🦓🦜🦒🍌🍍🍎🍊🥑🍋🥭

Nursery 1 have been working hard on their 30 days wild challenges. The end is nearly in sight! 🌸🌻🦋🐝🐞🐥🦆🦅🌳

A huge well done to all our children in Nursery 1 and Nursery 2, who took part in our Sports Afternoon today. It was so nice to see so many families taking part. A big shout out, to all the good sports, who took part in the Mum and Dad races, you really made the afternoon and provided much enjoyment for our little ones, to cheer you on! A final mention to LCS PTFA Team who were on hand with some much needed refreshments and their generous gifts of ice pops. A big thank you, to you all🏅⚽️⛳️🎾🥅🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍳
